At 360 Impressions, we help dealerships build lasting community relationships through intentional, people-first engagement initiatives. This case study highlights a holiday giving project developed in collaboration with Mazda of Corpus Christi and the Ronald McDonald House of Corpus Christi, centered around a Santa visit and cookie-decorating event for families staying at the Ronald McDonald House.
Objective:
Mazda of Corpus Christi wanted to continue its partnership with the Ronald McDonald House by creating a warm, festive experience focused on giving back rather than selling. The goals were to support families during the holidays, strengthen community relationships, drive positive foot traffic, and create a welcoming dealership atmosphere.
Event Planning and Community Coordination:
360 Impressions coordinated this initiative end-to-end. We partnered with a local small-business baker to provide hand-baked sugar cookies and icing, sourced all event supplies, and managed budgets provided by the dealership. We also coordinated a separate gifting budget to purchase, wrap, and present a thoughtful gift for the children, intentionally delivered in a red Mazda SUV as a nod to Santa’s sleigh.
Campaign Concept, Scripting and Content Direction
This initiative was designed to feel natural, warm, and interactive. 360 Impressions developed the campaign concept, provided a scripting framework, and directed the flow of the event. We guided key moments and shot planning to ensure the video captured genuine engagement. Video filming and editing were not performed by 360 Impressions.
Holiday Decor and Dealership Atmosphere:
As part of this project, 360 Impressions provided the dealership’s holiday décor, including interior décor, exterior décor, and roof décor. These elements were featured throughout the video and helped transform the dealership into a festive, inviting destination for the community.
Event Execution and Attention to Details
360 Impressions handled all preparation and execution details, including decorating the event space, preparing hot chocolate, providing Santa hats and gift bags, selecting a holiday book for Santa to read, and assisting Santa throughout the event. Dealership staff were coordinated to wear Christmas-themed attire to enhance the festive atmosphere.
Community Impact:
This initiative created a joyful holiday experience for families while reinforcing Mazda of Corpus Christi’s role as a genuine community partner. The combination of giving, thoughtful décor, and authentic engagement strengthened trust and emotional connection within the community.
